Project: Flash Travel Offers App.


Challenge:

Design an application that would allow users to access flash travel offers, ensuring an intuitive and engaging experience in a highly competitive market.

Process

  • Methodology: We used Design Thinking as an approach to focus the development on user needs and behaviors. This process included the phases of empathizing, defining, ideating, prototyping and testing.
  •  Empathize: We conducted interviews and surveys to understand how users perceive and search for flash travel offers, focusing on their context of use and the emotions involved in the quick shopping experience.
  •  Define: From the research, we identified key points such as the need for a clear and fast interface, allowing for hassle-free deal finding, and an optimized navigation flow for users looking for quick decisions.
  • Ideate: We generated and evaluated multiple ideas in brainstorming sessions, keeping the focus on reducing navigation friction and highlighting the urgency and attractiveness of the offers.
  • Prototype: We developed low- and high-fidelity prototypes, focusing on a clean interface, prominent action buttons, and a clear and accessible content structure.
  • Test: We tested the prototype with users, iterating to optimize clarity, navigation speed and overall satisfaction with the experience.

Result: The final app made it easy for users to discover and book flash deals in just a few steps, resulting in a user experience that was highly valued for its efficiency and simplicity.
