Project: Redesign of a University’s Learning Portal
Description: I contributed to redesigning a university’s learning portal to enhance user experience and improve access to academic resources and programs. I developed intuitive, visually appealing, and multi-device design solutions in this project, ensuring technological feasibility and accessibility across various platforms.
My Responsibilities Included:
- UI Design and Component Creation: Designed user interfaces and new components based on existing style guides and the Design System, delivering a modern and cohesive aesthetic. This included detailed documentation of designs to support future integration and maintenance.
- Design System Maintenance and Expansion: Managed and evolved the Design System and style guides, expanding the system with new components and styles as required by the project.
- Design Advisory: Provided design advisory support, applying brand guidelines, UX principles, and business objectives to inform design decisions and align the visual and functional experience with the university’s goals.
- Agile Collaboration: Worked in an agile environment, actively participating in fast iterations and feedback cycles to ensure the portal’s quality and consistency.
